Finally guests will be given a walk through the innards of the building to visit all the keys functions, such as the 400 KW PV array and solar thermal array, the rain water capture system, the grey water capture and black water processing systems, the 1 MWH batter bank and energy room and a look at the sophisticated control and HVAC systems among other things.

Guided Tour of the Wide-Field-Telescope and Public Telescopes - 1.5 hours

Visitors will have the opportunity to view through the most powerful public telescopes in the world. These will be available on every clear night. Tickets will be available online only. Two size telescopes will be available: a 40" and 30". These custom engineered telescopes do not require a ladder and present an exceptionally wide field of view, almost ten full moons in area. With the extremely dark night sky the views through these telescopes will be extraordinary. Each session will be preceded by a 20 minute presentation in the Visitors Centre to familiarize guests with the functioning of the telescope and an overview of the objects to be explored that evening. Guests will then proceed via short walk to the public telescopes platform/buildings. Each telescope will have a maximum of 15 people and will be assisted be an interpreter. The interpreter will assist in the experience by pointing the telescope and entertaining and informing guests between views. Guests will view a dozen or more objects and wait no more than a few minutes between views. Depending on the season there maybe two sessions per evening or a single session when nights are shorter.

Private viewing With the Public Telescopes - Night Long
A few times during the year, the public telescopes will be available to individuals and groups to enjoy at their own leisure. This is a very special opportunity to explore the universe at ones own leisure. These sessions will be accompanied by an interpreter to assist at the telescope.

Twilight programs at the amphitheater - 45 minutes
